Happy Martin Luther King, Jr. Day! My apologies for being absent from the blog for the past week, as I have been feeling a bit under the weather. Additionally, I have had some personal issues that have been weighing heavy on my heart for the past few weeks. It ended up being my two passions that got me out of my rut… shooting for this blog and acting!
Mo and I shot these photos this week at The Grove/Farmers Market, which was most appropriate as it’s where this dress actually came from. Mr. Pretty Little Shopper and I picked it up on Black Friday weekend at the DVF store and it was placed under the tree for Xmas. It’s such a timeless dress that I joke that I will be wearing it until I am too old to show my knees! I ended up wearing it with black tights the other night because it was pretty chilly here in LA. I styled it with red pumps to give it a nostalgic feel and to add a pop of color.

Absolutely love this look! The location is perfect for the outfit too – really brings it out. Hope your week is off to a good start. 🙂
