There is just something about Summer that brings out the whimsy in me. When I found this adorable tassled dress for under twenty-five dollars, I just had to scoop it up. I paired it with the cutest pom-pom tote you ever did see… Definitely my new Summer must-have! To be honest, I’m not sure how I’ve lived for so many Summer’s by the beach without it.
