Ruffles and Polka Dots

Happy Monday! How was your weekend? I finally started some Spring cleaning that I had been putting off and now I am on a roll! It is so nice to open my refrigerator, freezer and pantry, and have a shiny and organized space stare back at me! This week I am going to tackle my desk and closet. Since I was feeling super domestic this weekend I also made Fajitas, a pancake breakfast for the hubby and a batch of these delicious Gluten-Free, Hazelnut, Banana, Chocolate Chip Muffins. On Sunday afternoon, we decided to venture out to do some more house hunting. If you’ve been following me on Instagram or Pinterest or Facebook, you’ve probably already guessed that Mr. Pretty Little Shopper and I have been searching for a new home. As much as I am sad to leave our beautiful home in Manhattan Beach, I am definitely looking forward to a new adventure! Yesterday, we managed to see five houses in under 3 hours, before hitting The Ivy for an early dinner. Yes, I was tired of weekend cooking and yes, I go to The Ivy way too much!
 
Speaking of weekend adventures, Mo and I shot this look the previous weekend and I am absolutely in love with this new ruffled blouse from Storets! Polka dots and lace arranged in a striped pattern with a ruffled trim. It was love at first sight! I already wore it a second time this week when I paired the blouse with jeans for a casual meeting.
