Happy Monday! I hope you had a great weekend!
After a past few weeks that have been way too hectic, we finally had a chance to settle into Summer with a quiet weekend at home. We watched a couple of movies, ordered takeout (I’m currently obsessed with this place) and went for a nice long walk along the beach. Also, I finally saw Sofia Coppola’s Marie Antoinette. I can’t believe it was my first time viewing this masterpiece! I’m still blown away by the costumes, settings, performances and story, not to mention a palette that can only be described as the stuff blogger Instagram dreams are made of. And is anyone else excited to see her upcoming film The Beguiled? It opens this Thursday!
And speaking of settling into Summer, how perfect is this dress? Bell sleeves and stripes? Yes, please!
I styled it with high heeled sandals here, but it’s equally cute with flats or sneakers. Add a cute tote and you’re good for an afternoon by the beach, or switch to a cute clutch or crossbody for a casual evening out.
