Happy Monday everyone!  I hope you don’t mind another post from this beautiful garden at The Boath House in Nairn.  It reminds me of one of my favorite childhood books The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgson Burnett.  This dress was a discovery on Gilt.com.  As soon as I saw it I immediately imagined myself wearing it to dinner at The Boath House, so it has since been named “The Boath House Dress”.  It reminds me of one of my favorite shows Downton Abbey and I definitely felt like Lady Mary walking down the stairs to dinner in this dress.  Pairing it with this scarf was a happy accident.  Earlier in the day I had visited Johnstons of Elgin and after much hemming and hawing, decided on this tea rose colored cashmere stole.  When I got back to my room I realized it was the perfect accent to this dress, and much needed as it happily was a little chilly in Scotland.

Also, if you are a Downton Abbey fan living in the US, I got to preview the first episode of the new season in London and I will have you know that it is quite juicy!  I am definitely going to watch it again when it airs in the US, as there are so many new plot developments that I will need to view it twice to keep up.

Plenty by Tracy Reese dress.  Johnstons of Elgin cashmere stole.  BCBG bangle (similar here and here and here).  Stuart Weitzman shoes (similar here).  Gold belt (gift from a friend, similar here and here).

Photos taken by Mr. Pretty Little Shopper.

Thank you for stopping by!

xoxo,

Lisa
