Pumpkin season is here and I have this Collagen and Adaptogen Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie on heavy rotation! I’ve been making it almost daily after my workouts and it’s such a refreshing late morning or afternoon pick me up.
Collagen + Adaptogen Pumpkin Spice Latte Smoothie
An absolute must for me when I’m creating a smoothie recipe is that it be easy and quick to make! I am absolutely loving this Vital Proteins Collagen Coffee mix

You will need:
1/2 Frozen Banana (sliced)
5 Ice Cubes
*Use organic ingredients where possible
Place all ingredients in a blender and combine thoroughly until combined. Enjoy immediately!
